Welcome to LeadStack. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LeadStack helps small businesses capture leads from a public business page and hand off conversations to WhatsApp. Features available depend on your plan (Free or Pro).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the activity on your account, and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian.
You agree not to use LeadStack for spam, fraud, illegal goods or services, hate speech, or to violate anyone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in Naira through Flutterwave. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
You keep ownership of everything you upload (business name, logo, products, lead data). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely so the service works.
We work hard to keep LeadStack online but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
