Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• Account info: email, password (hashed), business profile, WhatsApp number.
• Lead data: contact details visitors submit on your page.
• Usage data: basic logs (IP, device, pages visited) to keep the service running and secure.
• Payment metadata: transaction IDs from Flutterwave. We do NOT store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, process payments, send important account emails, prevent abuse, and improve LeadStack.

3. Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share only with the providers we use to run the service (hosting, database, payments, email delivery), each under their own privacy terms.

4. Data retention

We keep account and lead data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove it within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records (e.g. tax).

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings or by contacting support.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. We follow industry best practices but no system is 100% secure.

7. Children

LeadStack is not intended for users under 18.
